Southeast Lee County DR/GR area.
The boundary polygon represents the Southeast Lee County Planning Community that is predominantly designated Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource (DR/GR) on the Lee Plan's Future Land Use Map, and excludes the City of Bonita Springs. This area was the subject of a 14-point Action Plan initiated by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners in 2007 to review DR/GR matters including critical mining, traffic, and land use issues.
