Parcel and condominium centroids with ownership, site address and assessment information in unincorporated and incorporated Lee County, Florida.

Purpose:
Real property parcels maintained by the Lee County Property Appraiser are converted to points and combined with condominium points.  This dataset is generally used in spatial analysis.  Coordinates are provided in Flordia State Plane West, NAD83, feet.

Process description:
Parcel polygons, condominium points and property data provided by the Lee County Property Appraiser are processed by Lee County's GIS Department using the following steps at the end of each month:
- Join property data to parcel polygons 
- Join property data to condo points
- Convert parcel polygons to points using ESRI's ArcGIS tool "Feature to Point" and designate the "Source"field "P".
- Load Condominium points into this layer and designate the "Source" field "C".  
- Add X/Y coordinates in Florida State Plane West, NAD 83, feet using the "Add X/Y" tool.
